Chef Lucila de Merlos

Lucila Molina began her culinary career at the age of six. At first, in order to support family expenses Lucila used to sell tamales and sandwiches, until on April 30, 1985 she could realize her golden dream, to open her own restaurant, Casa Merlos - cuisine from Puebla. At 17 she married her current husband Juan Merlos, and it was her father-in-law with the same name, who taught her the most complete secrets of cuisine from Puebla, her specialty.
